How do I fix my internal storage problem: I have new samsung A53 5 g one. I'm stuck. Tried everything. It seems my oneckoud is on but it's not working.... I can't use any of my apps. Already uploaded lots of stuff into my laptop. Deleted some apps, emptied recycle bin.... installed extra memory card. Please help me! I don't know what else to do...... thank you in advance.
If I understand your problem correctly you should go to #MyFile then #AnalysStorage you will see what exactly is taking up space,if it's apps you click on #apps then open any app you see eating up space and clear it. Most of your space will be restored.
