I am facing the problem of the internal memory in my Samsung galaxy A7 (2016) where the internal memory is showing Full 16GB used, inspite of when we check in My Files internal memory options ìt is only showing 650MB data.
samsung please help me in solving the problem.

use file manager HB and go to device storage and go to what's app click media and click status delete all status It will be helpfull for your device

1) Optimize Storage Space by scheduled cleaning of phone by navigating into Apps -> Smart Manager/device maintenance -> Storage -> Schedule optimization/S Clean
2) Optimize Storage Space by zipping unused apps by navigating into Apps -> Smart Manager/device maintenance -> Storage -> Zip apps
3) Optimize Storage Space by moving content to memory card by navigating into Apps -> Smart Manager/device maintenance -> Storage -> Move to Memory Card (If option available)
4) Optimize Storage Space by deleting Duplicate images. by navigating into Apps -> Gallery-> Settings ->Delete Duplicate images
