Internal sound Lose , when Mic is turned on

After recent android 10 and one ui 2 update on my Samsung a50.

I lose game's internal sound when Mic is turned on.

Even if I use discord or other apps for calling I still lose game's internal sound.

Please resolve this asap.

1. Check app cache:-
Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

this doesn't work. even i reset all setting . started fresh . we are having many issues after recent update.
