before Instagram used to open in multi window but after i updated my software to 7.0 through the official ota update the Instagram multi window feature wasn't there if Samsung can respond with a answer it will be really good 😁
Go to developer options, go all the way down and toggle force activities to be resizable that way every app can be used in multiwindow or split screen mode.
