I want to update my samsung a7 mobile from android 8 version to 9 but I have not received it's update yet, when samsung A7 2017 update I'll receive, anybody can help ?

that's strange you should have got 9 update even a7 will get 10 update in a while.

Samsumg A7 ( 2017 ) comes Android OS, v6.0.1 (Marshmallow) out of the box.
so samsung Software update policy is to give only 2 major updates.
6 to 7 and 7 to 8.

So You already received 2 major updates so now no more Software Major Android update for samsung A7 ( 2017).
