There is no problem restarting your phone, it won't ask for your email. Unless you want to RESET it. If you want to reset it, go to settings and type reset in the search bar. Reset it from there, it won't ask for email verification. Alternatively, you can go to settings>accounts and backup>manage accounts, tap on your Google account and tap remove account. Then you can reset your phone.
@shireen13 I think that can only work if you logged into your Google account using a Web browser and accepted to have your password saved. Otherwise you can't see your email password, you can only check to see if you have any compromised or reused passwords.
