Check if your phone has any software updates first and update, if that doesn't help check your permission manager in settings, Apps> 3 dots on the top right.

Hi,
The "Unable to record due to calls" error happens when your phone thinks a call is active. Try these steps:
1. Restart Your Phone – This can fix temporary glitches. Close
2. Calling Apps – Ensure apps like WhatsApp or Messenger 🙏aren’t running in the background.
3. Clear Camera Cache – Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage, then clear cache (and data if needed).
4. Check Permissions – Make sure the Camera app has access to the microphone and storage.
5. Update Your Phone – Install any available updates under Settings > Software Update. Safe Mode Test – Boot into Safe Mode and check if the issue persists. If it works, uninstall recent apps.
If nothing helps, back up your data and consider a factory reset
Hope this helps!
