I need screenshot of battery statistics for A50s mobile.

Hi..,

I am little disappointed with by battery life.. it is showing 19h only after I charged 100%. 

Now it is showing 13h at the 80% charge.

I am not sure whether I need to go for service centre or not.

Can any one please send graphic image of Battery statistics. 

So I can analyze how my battery life is.

This is mine.

I expect A50s model alone.

Follow these steps to fix battery drain issue

I followed the above steps. no difference

Then try like this, reset your phone, follow the above steps. Use your phone intentionally 3 days little less and then start using it normally. But your phone pattern has already learnt less usage so it will calibrate your phone battery life

In A50s, I think it's a software issue because each user is facing the same issue of battery drain

could you pls send me the screenshot of How many hours left for your battery.

It totally depends on your usage. It's showing 12 hrs for me when the charge is 95% because I am a heavy user
