I'm unable to use my keyboard toolbar

See I'm unable to use that keyboard toolbar, can anyone tell me how to enable it. I'm using A51 mobile and I have installed every app updated.

Clear data and clear cache off keyboard

Reset keyboard to default settings

And check for keyboard update especially keyboard content center
