I HATEEEEEE HATEEE HATEEE one ui 8

I've been having problems since I downloaded it. I posted something on here about this problems I'm having with one ui 8 within hours of downloading it. I thought it would get better but nope it literally got worser and I'm having more problems now. So when I go to type something or search something literally anything to do with typing my keyboard keyboard refuses to show my keyboard just doesn't come up at all it's so frustrating sometimes I can't unlock my phone because it just simply freezes I can't do anything search anything literally nothing . It's so annoying and It's been happening since the day I downloaded it but it just keeps getting worse. I almost threw the phone into a wall now because of this even typing this post is a mission because the keyboard keeps going away and not coming back.

Second thing : when I listen to music the music will just randomly stop and then the phone freezes and refuses to turn on 

Third : when I'm on a random app tiktok insta samsung member or even snap the phone will kick me out of the app and then the phone doesn't work I have to leave it for 10mins before using it again . I can't even watch one tikok Finnish then it kicks me out the phone is essentially useless. It's so annoying when I'm typing to someone on WhatsApp it will kick me out or if I'm on a video call or normal call it does the same thing then it cuts the call and powers my phone off

It's so freaking annoying the phone is so useless I can't do anything on it 

It's been happening since day one when I got the update but it just keeps getting worse by the day the amount of times I had to type this message is unbelievable. On my previous post someone said to factory reset the phone I did that but it's still doing it and it's getting worse guys please samsung better do something NOW or I'm seriously taking this to tiktok because there's no ways I'm paying close to r300 a month for a phone that's essentially useless like what the helly!!!!!!

Shut down your phone and boot to Android Recovery, then wipe the cache partition. If the issues persist, you may need to factory reset your phone (make sure to back up your data because you'll lose it)

I did factory reset it on Thursday night and it literally got worser,how do I boot it to android recovery

Press power and volume down button to enter recovery but be cautious as you could make a mistake and ruin the firmware.

I tried this and the phone just restarted but it's abit better now but it's still keeps kicking me off randomly and cutting the call and the keyboard thong is still the same

Sorry for the late response, I was offline. Plug it into a computer, then wait till it starts charging. Once it does so, press and hold the volume up and power buttons simultaneously until you see the Samsung Galaxy logo, then release the buttons. It'll immediately flash "One UI" on the screen then redirect to Android Recovery. From there, navigate down to "Wipe data/factory reset" using the volume down button, and confirm using the power button to factory reset your device. Alternatively, do it through your phone's settings by going to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset
