WHILE CALLING THROUGH WHATSAPP OR CALL NORMAL I FACED A BUG (CONNECTED WITH WIRELESS HEADPHONES)
In this bug when you cut the call,then also it showing the issue of increasing vol of call and media it results in a bad quality sound of the game or the music that I play please fix this bug asap
Please be assured and to resolve "sound" issue kindly follow below given steps:-
1. Disconnect all accessories and remove any third-party case form your phone and check device volume settings if its full or not.
2. Reset the device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite. >Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.
