Galaxy AThank you for your inquiry regarding the Dual Camera Recording feature on the Galaxy A35.
We understand your concern, especially since the feature is not visible even after updating the device.
Please note that Dual Camera Recording is a software feature that is not available on all Galaxy devices, and its availability depends on:
- Device hardware capabilities (camera processing and chipset performance)
- Model segment (feature is limited to selected models)
- Regional software rollout and One UI version
- Even if devices are updated to the same Android or One UI version, some features may still be restricted to higher-tier or supported models such as selected flagship or premium mid-range devices.
Important clarification:
- This is not a software issue or bug
- The Galaxy A35 does not currently support Dual Camera Recording
- The feature cannot be enabled manually if it is not included in the device’s official software package
- We understand this may be disappointing, and your feedback regarding feature availability across Galaxy A series devices has been noted and will be shared with the relevant team for future consideration.
