I have an issue with Dual Messenger Bubbles

The dual messenger bubbles are not working anymore after the yesterday update to Android 11 and One UI 3.0. The option is not saving the settings in Settings > Apps > Messenger (Dual) > notification and then the first option is "Show as Bubbles" it showing none, when i tap on it and check "All" and go back it still showing "None". This is bug only for Dual messenger but on normal messenger it is working fine and saving the settings.

Please solve the issue.

Sure. Yesterday it was upgrade and i did it. After that many settings for bubbles disappear. Android 11 and One UI 3.0

One of my friend faced the same issue but Ok now by resetting the settings. Go to general management and reset all settings. (It's not factory reset. It only reset the apps/data and accessibility related settings to default.

Check the red mark, i dont think to reset settings will add options. Its a big bug in samsung ui 3.0. Very bad company they always remove some features. My previous phone A5 2016 was same problem that chat heads were not showing after update to android 8

They didn't remove it as using with Samsung Note 10+ & A70 (UI 3.1 Android 11)

Then whats the issue? I have talked with samsung agent in live chat. See my above screenshot it showing settings not available.

Might be a glitch on 3.0 Android 11.

I have been working on 4 Samsung phones (A50, A51, A70 A71) to solve your issue for about an hour and finally got the solution

Now just give a last try.
1) remove optimizations from Work profile & setup

2) Allow Work Profile to appear on top.

It's 100% working.
