I purchased this phone last year when i opened the box my issue starts my phone body side silver ring was not fitted properly and still its the same . I am very old user of Samsung, Made in pakistan Samsung not maintaining the Good build quality.

And when i talk to service center they said sir warranty is not applicable on body parts ? We purchase new item to do not face any issue but in new thing if it does it's very ambarasing situation my heart was broken.

Sure Dear i asked them but not an issue Samsung is my favourite brand from start to till. It's an electronic device so it is possibility of errors I am satisfied ftom Samsung. Thanks for your advice.

If you got it from market (Non Samsung Shop) there are pretty chances that you got repacked damaged phone.
