As far as the white dots are concerned. Your device panel is faulty. But it will keep on work. If they bother you a lot, then sale your device and change to a new one. If they don't bother and you have no other option (budget) then keep using it..
Panel can't be repaired. Whole panel will be replaced to fix those spots which will cause you a lot money.

Only Zedge app is crashing. Resetting device fixes that. Can you tell me more about apps that are crashing on your device ?

Brother but sirf fingerprint scaner used krte waqt little dots like stars jaise show hote hain night dark background mein.. fingerprint scaner used krne ke elawa kahen par b dots show nhe hote even device locked hote hai tbe b background n screen par show nhe hote dots

Aap Google Chrome open krien. Tmam tabs off krein. Us screen pr sbse ziada show honge. Jitne bhi spot (white ya black) sbk sb nazar aa jeinge usme.
