Galaxy AI had this phone a month before it was dropped a very short 3 feet and then it was useless. I had it repaired and again, less than 24 hours later it fell out of my pocket and it was useless. I had it repaired a second time, it fell off my bed when my granddaughter climbed on it and it is useless. Verizon could care less although I am still making payments on it. It was in a case that was supposed to protect it from damage from drops and it only fell a short 2-3 feet, not off a bloody cliff. Insuring it is the same as paying for it twice, something I couldn't afford. I'm hard pressed to believe that all A50 owners don't drop their phones on occasion. There seems to be a disconnect between the screen and the phone. I'm tired of paying for it to be repaired only to last less than a day. Any ideas... besides don't drop the phone?
