Hello, I can't back up the secure folder data on my Samsung Galaxy A7 2018. I always get an error message. Can anyone help?

The reason is really simple. Connect your charger and start backup. It clearly says autobackup will start when connected to Wi-Fi and the phones screen is off.
Just now I tried to backup my secure folder and I was also receiving the same error msg. When I connected charger it started to backup. Check the screenshots.

First the backup does not start automatically, then when I start the backup manually it starts and stops displaying: "An error has occurred, impossible to complete the backup".
