I am not getting 5g network

Hi,

I am not getting 5g network on my phone(Galaxy A55 5g)

* 5g auto select mode is on

*Tried flight mode

*Tried restaring

*Sim card is 5g enabled

*Have a 5g pack/plan

*Live in an area with 5g network

*Living in UAE

*Device is UAE version

*5g symbol came only one time, then never came.

Is there anything wrong with my phone's hardware or software.

Please Help.

Seems like a lot of people are facing this issue. Since i am using the UAE version it should support UAE bandwidths, right ?

Now the situation has improved automatically .My second SIM which is an Indian SIM roaming in UAE gets 5G network from etisalat. But my SIM 1 which is Etisalat itself not getting 5g.

I have A55 and 5G work fine . Could area you have been not covered by 5G
