I FACING BUG IN SAMSUNG A9 PRO after oreo. BATTERY STATUS

When ever my phone charged near 86 or 96 its shows 100% after i unplugg the charger.

Above 96 percent it's a common thing to happen, as above 95% the software slows down charging since charging even after 100 percent is dangerous.
But as you are telling it happens at 86 % , contact customer service, it may be software bug.
