Huge Bug on One UI 3.1.  Got my update last week on my Galaxy A21s.  Form then  Recent app screen is not working properly. 
Tried to restart/Poweroff and turned it on to fix the problem initially. But after sometime it starts again. Neither I can Open Recent apps page nor Close recently used apps which are running on the background. 
Anyone can give me any fix?or suggestions?
