U can acess go to settings there u can finfd this app

This is Edge Panel,
Go to settings> Display> There you will see a toggle button to activate Edge Panel, After turning it ON you will be able to use it

Try installing Activity Launcher app from Play Store and see if you have this shortcut or not...
.
If yes, try opening this and if it opens try enabling Edge Panel from there
.
See if it works 🙂

Do it CAREFULLY... Open only the activitiy which I have circled...
