How to turn on Bluetooth

Follow this direction in settings.

Settings > General management > Reset > Reset WI-FI and Bluetooth settings.

Note that you will have to reconnect to all Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices.

Follow these steps in Settings. Use the attached images as guidance.

Select Apps. Select the drop-down. Select show system apps. Search for 'Bluetooth' select each one shown. Tap Storage and clear Data.
