That's going to be difficult. If you didn't have find my enabled on your phone then you can't wipe it, track it or anything. I suggest to change all your passwords first thing. But otherwise you can track your phones IMEI code hut this is a long and tedious process. By the time you get clearance from the government it will be 4 years time. I've tried tracking an IEMI code before basically you need clearance form samsung, then Google, then from whatever provider you reside in. It's not worth it. And you may out massively too. I've given up on my application.
