How to reset wifi data usage?

It shows each app usage.. i googled it and found no real solutions

Reset network setting

Go to settings - general management - reset - reset network setting (both sim)

I just did "rest network settings" and it didn't reset the apps usage data at all

Actually  I just noticed that it had lowered the data GB pretty app, but still there's a record of all of them for the last several months

You can't unless you Factory reset the phone, because this is kind of a seemingly record which can't be modified.
