One ui is very heavy these days and it's due to various settings. Let's fix them one by one.

1) Don't treat your phone always like a gaming beast because it causes overheating which has negative impact on phone. Play 30 minutes and take a break of 5 minutes to cool down your galaxy smartphone. Adjust the fps and graphics settings to low. I suggest medium graphics at 30fps. It will reduce heating and you'll get great performance.

2) Decrease brightness or use adaptive brightness. High brightness consumes very high amount of battery and also makes phone heat. Adaptive brightness will make your display bright according to conditions.

3) Using 5g always can cause phone to overheat. Use 5g at specific apps which require high amount of data.

4) Restart your phone regularly, if you are sure you'll forget about it then turn on auto optimization in device care settings. Set a schedule according to you. It'll Clear background apps and cache data which cause phone to heat.

5) Turn on dark mode if you're using amoled display. It will reduce battery drain and also will fix the heating issue.

6) Use eye comfort shield, it doesn't affect much but it reduces blue light which will reduce strain in eyes , also it reduces heating.

7) turn on light performance profile in battery settings. It will reduce phone's performance and reduce heating, however effect is negligible in performance in high end series. One more thing keep checking screen on time and battery usage regularly.
Uninstall or disable the apps which consumes battery in background and you don't need them.

8] reducing animations might help. You can turn them on in accessibility--- vision enhancement--- remove animations ,also turn on reduce blur. It'll block animations and blur effect which makes one ui heavy.

9) Don't use phone in extreme hot environments. It can cause serious battery damage.

10) If you use a case then clean your phone and case regularly because dirt also causes phone to heat.

11) Turn off wifi, bluetooth, nearby device scanning, mobile data, quick share etc whm you're not using them.

12) If your phone is heating continuously, then there might be a problem in the network signal in your locality. Because phone tries to catch network every time which can cause phone to read, so choose a network which works flawlessly in your area.

13) After 5 years phone cannot handle new apps because of their optimization.
It's optional because performance can vary device to device.

Now, at last always buy a phone after watching reviews from honest youtubers because they explain well about heating issues if persists.

Unfortunately, we can't do anything about oneui heaviness, that's what makes samsung devices unique, and its their selling point. Heating can be managed by optimizing the device, otherwise inspect the devices at the nearest service center.

Can you provide authentic source to back up your 13th point ?

A serious health issue means heating in the area in which the phone is held. However, thanks for pointing out the mistake, actually it was a myth that phone releases radiation after 5 years and are harmful. They release nonharmful radiation. However other part is correct because of old hardware.

So shouldn't you remove this myth sentence from your post to aware people in a right way. And about optimization is well put.
