How to play PUBG without lag and heating problem ?

Please suggest me some tricks for playing PUBG without lag and heating problem.

before play just clean your memory (2-3 times continuously) then open pubg, after entering into lobby, just open close app by swapping up and close background apps.. then open once again & play
