How to enable Volte, HD Voice?

I'm in India and i bought A3 2017 from UAE.
I using Jio 4G and unable to activate Volte.
any idea?

me too brought a3 2017 from uae but no volte support here on jio
as i mailed samsung they said it is volte is service provider holding service and there no service provider support for volte on this phone.
