I already have android10 and having issues like phone restarting automatically and network restarting automatically. I want to download fresh copy of android10 and re-install it.

It's actually very simple, you just need to download the firmware, Odin and USB drivers for your pc then it's easy. It will be about 4GB worth in downloads. After that I can guide you on each step.
