How to delete/remove this file in Google Drive? I can't find delete/remove option in Google Drive. Please help me.

first of all open that file then click the three dot at top click on remove then go to recycle bin and delete permanently

Bro try this once in your laptop or PC to delete the rar file
Note : Use in web view By selecting apps from the latest version of Chrome. There we may have the option to remove.

my Google Drive is latest version...i do clear cache and clear data and still no have remove option.

when I check storage of Google Drive it's empty (0 KB of 15 GB)...but some files are shown which is not deleting. I do clear cache and clear data but same problem.
