How to change CSC without using pc or root

I have bought galaxy A71 from UAE and wanna change CSC but i don't have pc nor anything at the moment and wanna change region and the phone os factory unlocked as well...

It's almost impossible but you can try *#272*YourDeviceIMEI# and check if INS is available in the list.

Does your device ship with OXM software or ODM software. If it is ODM, then it is not possible. If it is OXM, then I can try telling you further steps. To determine whether you have OXM or ODM, go to settings > about device > software information and check service provider software version.

I have attached a screenshot where you can see that my device has ODM software, which basically means that it is a single-CSC device. OXM means multi-CSC software.

OJM is another story. It contains very few CSC codes. You have to change it to OXM first (by flashing the OXM firmware using Odin) and then you have to select the specified CSC. I don't think it is worth it though because for starters, it will cause data loss and then if something goes even slightly wrong, you will have a paperweight instead of a smartphone.

That's the problems brother, I'm at the place where no laptop no WiFi zone, but had to change csc anyhow, if anything possible solutions there, jst shoot, anyway thanks for the info 👍 much appreciated

Other than what I mentioned, there is no other way of doing it, unfortunately.
