use smart switch if problem continues visit service centre. I don't think they will help coz your mobile is rooted and Conpany do not claim any damage due to root but must visit them. I hope they will help
ok bro must try No I don't think so firstly try to fully unroot then use smart switch. I think smart switch will reset the phone to factory os and settings. so its possible it will work but if don't work visit service centre. Its 30% it will work and 70% it won't. just give it a try
