number temporarily unblock.
I unblock all the numbers from my phone after this but this notification not deprive from the notification bar.

Goto Phone >  Setting >  Block Numbers >

Make disable Block number and restart the phone

I guess it will work

When post owner Tap on 3 dots menu , then he can accpet as Solution
