Wifi and mobile data running on same time. Simultaneously both are connected why?

sometimes it hapoens may be it is because of weak wifi connection

In developer setting on option to active at same time did you enable it

That will be work if my wifi network poor. But my wifi (300Mbps) stronger than mobile data. So why that thing happened?
