How can I know am I the first user of my Galaxy A52 or it is used?

I think the shop owner gave an used A52. How to understand am I first user or not of it?

Should have checked the package for original seals. Also, check the body and display of the device for micro scratches. A new phone will and should have ZERO scratches.

built in One UI 4.1 was present in my new Phone. But I saw a lot of YouTube review where everyone said company provide One UI 3.1
my purchased date was 12 may 2022

That's how newly made phones are sold, if ur device received One UI 4.1 in India then all new devices would be shipped with One UI 4.1 itself, so nothing to worry about version here.😊👍🏼
