Hlp pls what can I do?

I bought this product Samsung galaxy a15 this month problem.

1 its getting slow 

2, it's freezing 

3. It just switch off (phone ain't overheating)

Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
