Hidden game

Does anyone know how to access hidden game in A10. 

I tapped on Android version many times and "p" also appears. But it doesn't change its colours and nothing is opening.

Please if anyone can help me?

This Feature is Only in Google Phones

after touching multiple times or zoom in out it changes the colour then doodling drawing app appears.
