I'm not receiving update on my Galaxy A32 5G and I still have Andriod 11, can someone help me out.

Call Samsung Care
Or
Visit Service Center and ask for Software Update manually, if compatible they will do.
Also, check for the compatibility of Android Version for A32 5G.

My mobile a32 5g is not supporting 5g network, even though I am in 5g network area
