So what do you I should do I tried opening all my notifications and they are all on alert... but they are silent... specially all my social networks, and my true call app.

This is a weird fix but I've had it happen to me before. Choose a ringtone/notification tone sound and see if that helps.

If that doesn't help, go into app info (such as WhatsApp) and make sure you allow sound and vibration.
