Thank you, so how do I go back to my old settings because ever since I started updating my software all my notifications are silence even when I switch them on... they just pop silently and don't stay on top of my screen... even whatsapp massage or text messages.

Is your phone set to DND or "mute"? Furthermore, did you set custom notifications before?

When you say "original" software. What do you mean? Most of us are thinking you mean "downgrade" your Android version.

Yeah I wanna downgrade my android. Coz it's giving me silent notifications

If this was like 5 years ago, maybe. These days, Samsung doesn't fully permit OS downgrades. It can be done but it's not guaranteed and I don't think I should be sharing such knowledge here so you'd have to do your research. I see that you're having notification issues so let's see if we can fix that instead.
