Galaxy AHi Norristasha, we're sorry to hear that. You can try the troubleshooting steps below:
Soft reset your device. Press and hold the power and volume down buttons until the device restarts ( this will not erase data, it is just to reboot the device)
Clear cache partition.
Clearing the cache partition can help resolve system-related issues without erasing your data:
- Turn off the phone.
- Press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons until the Samsung logo appears, then release the buttons.
- Use the volume buttons to navigate to Wipe Cache Partition and confirm with the power button.
- Once complete, select Reboot System Now
The last resort would be a factory rest
You can perform a reset from Recovery Mode:
- Turn off the phone.
- Press and hold the Power + Volume Up buttons until the recovery menu appears.
- Use the volume buttons to select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and confirm with the power button.
Should none of the steps work, you will need to take the device to an accredited service centre for further technical assistance
