You can try the following steps:

1. Check for any recently installed apps: Ads may be caused by certain apps that you have installed. Uninstall any recently installed apps that you suspect could be the source of the ads.

2. Clear cache and data: Go to the settings of your device, find the application manager or apps section, locate the app that is displaying ads, and clear its cache and data. This can help reset the app and potentially remove any ad-related issues.

3. Disable notifications: Sometimes, ads can be delivered through push notifications. Go to the settings of your device, find the notification settings, and disable notifications for any suspicious apps or apps that you don't recognize.

4. Install an ad-blocker: Consider installing an ad-blocker app from a trusted source. These apps can help block unwanted ads from appearing on your device.

If the issue persists or you need further assistance, I recommend reaching out to the support channels provided by the manufacturer of your device for more specific troubleshooting steps.

Most common with apps that claim to "boost phone performances" or a game based app. Those are good places to start looking. Where are the ads appearing?

If you do exactly this on connection settings it will block all ads from all internet feeds and give you a much better viewing experience
