Is there a way to downgrade the One UI 7.0 to One UI 6.1? I really really need to downgrade and if I don't I can't return the phone back from where I bought it.

No. You can't downgrade. If the phone was updated officially to One UI 7.0, why can't you return the phone back to where you purchased it? Bad service anyway..

I asked where i purchased if I can Downgrade the software and they said yes

Try your luck on www.samfw.com. Why don't they downgrade the software themselves? Try that too..I mean ask them to downgrade the software themselves..

I have never in my life heard of downgrading your cell phone's software.

Anyways, Samsung has implemented a new update policy for the most recent OneUI that prevents Galaxy smartphones from downgrading or losing the latest OTA updates. (Even through factory reset; the Galaxy will still retain the latest software update.)

I forgot from what version that policy started from. Maybe OneUI 7 or something 🤔

You can't downgrade after upgrading, cause it is already installed and altered to its new software

Samsung needs to make a New Update, and somehow install it on the phones because they are Jamming and they won't work.its been 2months now and its not touching tried alot of things
