I'm using an A15 and it was just after my purchase that Samsung rolled out Bixby but I never got the update.

Hey, my main requirement is when I'm attending lectures or meetings, I need to transcribe the audio into saved notes. I haven't figured out how to do it on my phone.

Advertising tells me that voice recorder can do this but the closest thing I found to my requirement is a feature called Live Transcribe in the drop menu, but it doesn't let me save.

Please help. Thank you.

Here are some good apps that can transcribe your online lecture recordings into text:
Notta - Provides fast, accurate transcription in 58 languages. You can record live audio, virtual meetings, and upload audio/video files. Notta offers 98.86% accuracy with high-quality audio, and allows you to edit the transcript and add notes/images.
Otter.ai - An AI-powered app that transcribes meetings, interviews and lectures in real-time. It separates speakers, allows editing, and syncs transcripts across devices. Otter offers 600 minutes of free transcription per month.
Transkriptor - A speech-to-text app that transcribes meetings, classes, audio and video to text. It supports all file formats, offers 90 minutes of free transcription, and has an accuracy up to 99% depending on audio quality.
Transcribe by Wreally - Provides automated transcriptions of lectures and interviews in minutes. You can import recordings in various formats, choose from 120+ languages, and edit/share the transcripts.
Transcribe - Speech to Text (iOS app) - Leverages AI to transcribe videos and voice memos into text. Supports 120+ languages, allows importing files from other apps, and exporting to text editing apps.
The key features to look for are accurate speech recognition in your language, ability to import audio/video files from various sources, real-time transcription, editing capabilities, and easy export options. Apps like Notta, Otter and Transkriptor seem to offer the best combination of these features.
