Hello! The Motion Smoothness feature allows you to adjust the refresh rate to remove afterimages and blurs from fast-moving images. Please try to update your mobile device's software, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Software update >Tap on Download and install >Follow the on-screen instructions.
Then kindly try to reset the settings by following these steps:
Tap Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all settings. It will return all the device settings to the default ones.
Also, try to do a soft reset for the device by pressing and holding the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. This will Not delete any data from the device.
And check the feature again, through the below steps:
Step 1. Launch the Settings app and select Display.
Step 2. Tap Motion smoothness.
Step 3. Choose your desired option, and then tap Apply.
If the problem persists, please send us an Error Report by following the steps below.
Head to the Members app > Get Help > Error Report > Tap 'OK' to send System Log Data > Select the symptom, and include as much detail as possible.
