السلام علیکم!

I'm using Galaxy A71. I'm having an issue since i bought this mobile. I also have a Galaxy A72 and looks like that one also has the same problem. So the thing is whenever i share a screenshot on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger it damages the pixels of the Captured Screen Photo and the Screenshot sent is not as clear or HD as it should be.

If anyone knows anything about it please help me out with this problem. Thank you

Whatsapp and others apps damage pixel when you share

it's not the phone but the apps that compress all images (not just screenshots) before sending (not just whatsapp).
sending a file as a document sends the exact same file without compressing hence quality/resolution and size remains the same.
