Help turn on Google Assistant

After the recent software update on my A04S, my Google assistant no longer works

Does it not open up the voice assistant? Or does the phone go to the Google "news" section?

If the voice assistant doesn't launch on Hey Google or OK Google, just try to change the language to English US/ UK /NZ etc. It should be fixed after that if this is the case.

Okay thanks..I fixed it yesterday.My Google was disabled,so now it's working.
