Service center is not a option first change the mobile I'm also using A50 I'm not satisfied with this divise this is a waste divise I have never seen before

do you know original procedure to update Samsung phones? you all people did same and faced problems, it's by download software update by own network....Samsung service center allaways told to flash firmware from them and it's absolutely free....I do this every time when security patch is there ...and thatswhy my device working perfectly...no issue...and a50?my friend is also using it ..he applied same procedure...great device and no issues he is facing about

actually he told you right option...just go to service center and told them to flash same firmware...it's only the way which can help you
