Heating problem

I have samsung a21s. But from few days top side of the phone gets heated even when it is not in use and the charge drained easily. Is anybody have the same prob.

It's happening because one of your apps are working in the background frequently you have to keep all all the apps in sleep

first you can on the mobile with safe mode and see all of apps and after sometimes later on your mobile normally and check the phone.
