Heating issue in Samsung A50

Hi,

Can anyone help me to get rid of heating issue in samsung a50.

I have 6 GB ram but it still get heating issue & battry drain issue.

enable "don't keep activities" and select background processes to no background process in developer option may be this can solve your problem. but selecting above mentioned will close all the process as soon as you will leave them.

what do you mean by 6GB ram, if its 6GB it doesnt mean it will not heat

i mean to say that my ram capacity is high compare to my usage. i don't use much apps or high graphics games. i never mean that 6 gb ram phone should not heat but heating is depend on usage & as i say i don't use much apps

heating is a issue due to operating system bugs & Ram is not an issue for heating, phone can lag if Ram is less
