Sir try to update your software and apps from Play Store and Galaxy Store and restart your phone a few times this will probably fix your issue. If you are living in hot areas try to use it in cold environments and away from direct sunlight if facing this issue still then factory reset your phone or reinstall firmware. Hope this helps.
